EAST YORK DRAIN & PLUMBING SEWER DRAIN CLEANING INC
4.9(65)✓ Google-verified
Kevin arrives on time, diagnoses problems thoroughly, and explains repairs in plain language without upselling. Staff wear protective covers, clean up carefully, and test work multiple times before leaving. Pricing matches quotes with no hidden fees, though recent complaints note part-time plumbers lack card readers and one refused to issue a cash receipt despite Ontario law requiring it. Most recent reviews praise named technicians Kevin, Mike, and Darshan for efficiency and courtesy. Older complaints surface: one family was quoted $8,000 for root intrusion later cleared free by the city, and a customer faced billing issues and lack of proper documentation from a part-time plumber.
