Ontario Plumber Directory publishes Ontario Plumber Directory as an independent directory of plumber businesses in Ontario. Scores come from public review data, computed under the published rubric on the how we score page, and the same rubric applies to every business. These terms govern your use of the site.

Information, not endorsement

A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

Enquiries and referral fees

The site may earn referral fees when enquiries are routed to listed businesses or partners. Scores and rankings are unaffected by any of that: they are produced by the same published rubric for every business, and payment cannot move them.

Corrections, disputes, and removals

Businesses listed here can request corrections, dispute a listing or score, or ask to be removed. The listing policy explains how each request works and what to include.

Using the site

You may browse the site and contact listed businesses through it for genuine enquiries. You may not scrape or republish the compiled directory content, submit false or misleading enquiries through the forms, interfere with the site’s operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Editorial content, scores, and the compiled directory are the property of Ontario Plumber Directory. We do not claim ownership of the public reviews the analysis is derived from (those remain with their authors), nor of any business name or trademark that appears in a listing.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Ontario Plumber Directory is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from reliance on the information in it, or from your dealings with any business you find through it. Your agreement with a business you engage is between you and that business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

Changes to these terms
