Multiple technicians (Tomas, Michael, Cameron, Geoff, Aaron, Erin, Crispin, Ryen, Brandon, Garrett, Jonathan) consistently arrive on time, diagnose issues quickly, and complete jobs efficiently while keeping work areas clean. Staff provide upfront quotes, test work thoroughly, and are courteous and knowledgeable. One reviewer reported their phone number was posted online, causing unwanted calls and difficulty reaching the company by phone.
The business handles leak detection, toilet repairs, drain clearing, faucet and valve replacement, whole-home leak detector installation, water softeners, and main shut-off work. On a Saturday call-out for a blocked drain, technician Ryen was onsite within hours with preventative advice. Reviewers consistently mention technicians testing all work before finishing and being willing to address long-standing issues.
All recent reviews report positive experiences: work gets done quickly, staff are friendly and kind, and customers consistently recommend the business. Detail on specific services and pricing is limited in the available feedback.
Strong five-star reviews highlight fast turnaround, expert troubleshooting, and genuine honesty. Aman and Charlene earn consistent praise for friendly, professional work and arriving within hours. However, a cluster of one-star reviews (mostly recent) report dual charges ($67 inspection plus $300+ repair for tightening a faucet), non-refunded deposits, and pricing double that of competitors. Newer complaints suggest the pricing model and billing practices have created serious customer friction.
Reviewers consistently report fast arrival, transparent communication about what's needed, and work done right the first time. Named technicians (Ron, Grant, John, Nick) appear repeatedly; warranty repairs are honored when issues recur.
