Strong five-star reviews highlight fast turnaround, expert troubleshooting, and genuine honesty. Aman and Charlene earn consistent praise for friendly, professional work and arriving within hours. However, a cluster of one-star reviews (mostly recent) report dual charges ($67 inspection plus $300+ repair for tightening a faucet), non-refunded deposits, and pricing double that of competitors. Newer complaints suggest the pricing model and billing practices have created serious customer friction.
Reviewers consistently report fast arrival, transparent communication about what's needed, and work done right the first time. Named technicians (Ron, Grant, John, Nick) appear repeatedly; warranty repairs are honored when issues recur.
Most customers praise quick arrival, fair rates, and named technicians like Bahar and Moe. However, a vocal minority report serious failures on complex jobs, with one customer paying $4000 to PipeFixGTA then $7000 to fix their bathroom remodel work. Driver behavior and job-site cleanliness on larger projects are watch-outs.
All recent reviews report positive experiences: work gets done quickly, staff are friendly and kind, and customers consistently recommend the business. Detail on specific services and pricing is limited in the available feedback.
