Coldstream earns consistent five-star ratings for fast response, named technicians like Jahmar and Paul who explain work clearly, and trustworthy repairs. One significant complaint documents billing for incomplete work and a lien placed on the homeowner's property, raising concerns about pricing transparency and owner conduct despite the otherwise strong reputation. Property managers report decade-long partnerships and dramatic reductions in drain backups after annual maintenance programs. Staff arrive on time, quote upfront, and leave work areas clean. The business serves both emergency and planned jobs across residential and commercial buildings.
Most customers report arriving on time and conducting thorough repairs with clear explanations. The consistent friction point is pricing: some were charged steep diagnostic or after-hours fees that exceeded expectations or were not applied to the final bill as promised. A small number describe being over-quoted or given poor initial assessments, though the majority of recent work was completed successfully and tested. Specialists handled kitchen and bathroom fixtures, clogged drains, and leak detection. Licensed and insured, they serve Mississauga and surrounding GTA areas. Those satisfied praise the technician's knowledge; those burned mention surprise bills and, in rare cases, misdiagnosis that required a second opinion.
