Mark and Tony consistently deliver professional, thorough work at ExpressRooter, from sump pump redirects to toilet repairs and kitchen plumbing. Customers value the free consultations, clear explanations of problems, and same-day or quick turnarounds. Work is clean and well-finished, though some note that parts pricing runs high.
Every review praises Budget Rooter's honesty, fair pricing, and quick turnaround. Jason and his team (Marlon, Marcus) earn consistent recognition for professionalism, arriving same-day even on holidays, diagnosing problems others missed, and often charging less than competitors or skipping fees for related issues they uncover.
All 26 reviews are five-star. Reviewers consistently describe rapid response times, clean work areas, and direct explanations of options without pressure. Naz, the owner, is named repeatedly for his knowledge and willingness to coordinate solutions (including coordinating an underground crew for root issues). Specific praise goes to drain clearing, water heater repairs, and full pipe replacement jobs completed in a day with minimal site disruption afterward.
