Two in three reviews are one or two stars. Customers report inflated bills (4+ hours for routine valve swaps, parts marked up 10x retail), botched installations that caused leaks and water damage, and sump pump work that failed under warranty. Staff behaviour complaints span rude phone etiquette, aggressive driving, and unsafe job conduct. A handful of reviewers praise Alex L. for efficient drain work and responsive service, but the pattern of overcharging, failed repairs, and non-communication dominates.

All five reviews praise fast response and professional service. Keanu (plumber) and Amanda (phone) are named as reliable and courteous. Customers note clear pricing and thorough site cleanup. Limited review volume and age mean scope is narrow.
