What reviewers think

Most reviewers report quick turnaround and effective fixes for leaks, toilet repairs, and burst pipes, with staff described as professional and friendly. One recent complaint alleges the plumber worsened a toilet clog rather than fixing it, causing ongoing water spray when flushing, though this stands isolated against the volume of positive experience reports.

The business handles emergency repairs, bathroom fixture work, and basement leak fixes across the Scarborough area. Response speed and reasonable pricing appear consistent. The single critical review raises a question about quality control on complex toilet issues.
