All reviews are five-star. Callers praise fast arrival on urgent jobs, including a 7 AM call answered by 11 AM. Eric's team and staff earn consistent mention for honesty and respect, with customers highlighting complete resolution of problems like flooded toilets and drain issues.
Josh and his team earn consistent praise for fast, honest work on drains, toilets, and kitchen sinks. One customer reported misdiagnosis, upselling of unrelated services, and a disputed invoice, but the stark majority describe reliable emergency response and fair pricing.
Most work gets resolved quickly with clear communication from named technicians like Jason, Daniel, and Michael, who handle basement leaks, clogged drains, and waterproofing with precision and upfront explanations. The main catch is a blanket condo restriction that can waste time at intake, and the business's refusal to work on multi-unit buildings contradicts its downtown Toronto presence where condos dominate.
All 19 reviews are five-star, reflecting consistent satisfaction with booking, arrival times, and quality work. Reviewers highlight fair pricing, honest assessment of problems, and technicians who explain repairs clearly without pushing unnecessary work. Specific strengths emerge: fast emergency response (main drain backups, leaking toilets), water heater replacement same-day, professional pipe and leak repairs, and clean job sites. Multiple reviewers emphasize the rarity of finding trustworthy plumbers willing to keep costs down and leave customers fully informed.
