What reviewers think
Most jobs move smoothly from booking to completion. Staff like Nazar, Volodymyr, Samad, and BK Lee show up on time, diagnose clearly, and explain options without hard-selling. A small number of customers reported quotes that felt high or recommendations they later questioned, so it pays to get a second opinion on big jobs.
Heavy-duty work is their forte: collapsed sewer pipes, burst drains, toilet and sink replacements all land cleanly. Seniors get 10% off, and the City of Toronto rebate on backwater valves (up to $3200) is a real win for basement protection. Service spans Toronto, the GTA, and surrounding regions.

Trustflow plumbing and heating
5.0(66)✓ Google-verifiedPublishes prices
Trustflow sends the same technicians (Dave and Mike are named repeatedly) to handle jobs from start to finish, and both are known for showing up on time, explaining problems in plain terms, and testing their work multiple times before leaving. Bathroom and kitchen installs, leak repairs, and drain work dominate the reviews, and customers consistently note that pricing feels fair with no pressure to buy extras, though the work itself is what they praise most: neatly finished installs, hidden leaks found without mess, and toilets that keep running long after they've gone. Installation jobs get detailed attention-checking for leaks, ensuring fixtures sit level, cleaning up the work area-and the fact that reviewers mention testing faucets "several times" or showers working "stress-free" suggests a standard that goes beyond quick fixes. Emergency calls are handled the same way, with customers reporting that urgent drain clogs and burst pipes get resolved the same day, often by the same person who explains what went wrong.
