The bulk of reviewers describe dangerous, aggressive driving by company vehicle operators and dismissive, rude conduct from staff on job sites. A small minority praise the workplace, but recent complaints (2 months to a year ago) centre on intimidating treatment during service visits, repeated invoice disputes after failed HVAC installations, and a pattern of road incidents near hospitals and on the 401 that reviewers say reflects poorly on the company's values.
Most customers praise Core Plumbing for quick, skilled work and transparent pricing. Staff arrive on time, quote fairly, and leave homes clean. A handful of negative reviews flag invoicing hassles and unresolved contract disputes that soured otherwise sound jobs.

Reviewers praise Valentin by name repeatedly across bathroom, kitchen, leak repair, and sewer work, suggesting consistency across the service range.
