Every appointment arrives on time, and the crew finishes with a clean site. Reviewers highlight Andrew, Sean, and other technicians by name for their skill, politeness, and willingness to explain the work. Staff wear shoe covers, handle multiple repairs in one visit without pressure, and are upfront about pricing before proceeding.

Donny and his team deliver consistently polished work across faucets, fixtures, leak testing, and same-day repairs. Reviewers praise their honesty (they'll replace one part instead of the whole assembly), detailed invoices with photos, and ability to show up with the right parts. Booking is streamlined, communication clear, and the workspace always left clean. One recent reviewer struggled to reach anyone by phone after an online request; most others report easy scheduling and fast responses. Prices are described as transparent and reasonable for the quality, though a service minimum of $250 applies downtown. The team's professionalism and attention to detail stand out, especially their willingness to fix mistakes left by previous installers.
