Most customers find Harold arrives quickly, charges fairly, and solves problems right the first time. He handles emergency calls on weekends and tackles complex jobs that other plumbers miss. Two reviewers reported serious issues: one described property damage (cracked countertop) with no follow-up; another had a faucet incident clouded by housing complaints. The bulk of work reflects leak repairs, faucet replacements, and water heater fixes in the GTA.
Harold operates alone or with family on long-term contracts and residential calls, building years-long relationships with customers. He handles tight spaces well and explains technical details to other trades. For straightforward jobs and emergencies, the track record is strong. Customers should confirm scope and liability upfront on complex projects.
All 17 reviews are five-star. Customers praise same-day emergency availability, named technicians (Tenzin, Nimesh, Rajiv, Suraj) for expertise and friendliness, and clean, finished workmanship. The business serves residential and commercial projects across the GTA.
Every review is five stars, and the pattern is consistent: Mark and David show up fast, fix the problem right, and charge fairly. They handle everything from emergency clogs and water heaters to kitchen remodels left half-done by other contractors, leaving no mess behind. Customers come back because they explain what's broken, don't push upgrades, and sometimes don't even charge when a pilot light just needs relighting.
Reviewers report straightforward communication, competitive pricing, and efficient work. Evidence is limited to a handful of recent reviews, but all five-star ratings note professional plumbers named in accounts of main valve repairs and general jobs well handled.
