The Super Plumber - Toronto

Strong technical work and punctuality attract five-star reviews, but a pattern of inflated pricing, misrepresented charges, and staff unprofessionalism damages trust. Several customers report paying two to five times market rates without disclosure, while others describe bait-and-switch quotations or replacement parts billed without being delivered. The company has employed capable plumbers (Marcus, Mansell, Patrick, Tonya) who diagnose issues thoroughly and complete work on schedule. However, warranty disputes, damage caused during installation, and failure to stand behind service promises appear recurrent. One reviewer noted the 2-year warranty was not honored after shower connectors were damaged during work.

PRO-ON Plumbing Inc.

4.6(30)✓ Google-verified

The business earns strong marks for technical skill, reliability, and reasonable pricing. Technician Oni is named repeatedly as a dependable owner who communicates clearly, avoids recommending unnecessary work, and delivers thorough results. Two recent complaints allege incomplete troubleshooting and poor job-site cleanup, which stand out against the overall 90% five-star pattern. The team handles sewage pump installation, water line replacement, bathroom fixtures, drain work, and leak detection with consistent attention to testing and finishing details. Response time and punctuality are recurring strengths.

Lifetime Plumbing

4.9(87)✓ Google-verified

Lifetime Plumbing delivers fast, straightforward service across emergency calls and routine fixes. Reviewers consistently praise the core team-notably Mujtaba and Daniel-for punctuality, problem-solving on the spot, and transparent pricing that undercuts local competition. One complaint about being charged heavily for a quick job without advance consultation cuts against an otherwise near-universal five-star record.</summary> <parameter name="sentiment_tags">["punctual", "fair-pricing", "skilled-staff", "quick-response", "responsive", "upfront-quotes", "licensed-insured"]
