Most jobs get finished with same-day or next-morning service. Mike diagnoses problems on-site, tries to repair before replacing, quotes fairly, and does work the first time. Reviewers consistently mention feeling treated as partners rather than targets for upsells. A single complaint about a rude phone call provides the only notable friction. Bathroom sink repairs, drain replacements, leak detection under toilets, and frozen pipe work appear in recent jobs. A one-year warranty is mentioned. Reviewers found the business through Reddit recommendations and report it is in high demand. No price quotes are stated in the reviews.
